Our bodies and minds are incredible machines which so few of us understand or know how to use properly.
Being a movement educator and coach is the ultimate privilege. How lucky I am to have the opportunity to help people feel better in their minds and bodies - two of the most precious assets we own and rely on daily to help get us through life.
With over 700+ hrs of training my method focuses on longevity, injury prevention, and pain mitigation with one goal in mind:

Improving posture, balance, strength, motor control, proprioception, stability and more.
