This is a post that I wrote as a guest blogger for LYT yoga - and I wanted to share as I think it is important.

It’s so easy to coast through life for fear of getting off the daily hamster wheel and walking in to the unknown but when you trust yourself, and set your sails to the course of your design - your whole WORLD changes and life slowly starts to become beautiful, really darn beautiful.

I wanted to write this to hope inspire those of you who feel like you might be unsatisfied with what you’re currently doing to remember that we all have choices.

This post is a hope to inspire you to have the confidence to make sure you go out and chose your best life - after all we only get one.
